Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 200 ml soy sauce
- 200 ml water
- 1 tsp fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic
- 0.5–1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (black/white)
Instructions
- Soft-boil the eggs for approximately 6–7 minutes. Immediately transfer to an ice bath, then peel.
- In a container or bowl, combine the soy sauce, water, ginger, garlic, chili flakes, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.
- Finely chop the green onions and add them to the marinade along with the sesame seeds.
- Place the peeled eggs into the marinade, ensuring they are fully submerged.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for a minimum of 5 hours before serving.
