Honestly, I found it a simple dish to cook, if the noodles are bought. Maybe there are levels to it, but to me it makes sense that it’s simple. Just cooked meat, topped with heavily spices cooked onions (tuzdik), which ads a lot of flavor and served with cooked noodles (halved egg based lasange sheets) and potatoes. Easy to cook, tastes great, just right for a nomadic gathering.
