I can’t, and what I learned from 3 years of my bachelors, we probably won’t
there are too many ways to view intelligence, and they provide conflicting answers
what we know for sure, no matter what the definition is, it should imply that humans are intelligent. by introspection we know we are.
when I see another human, a child, saying that “I am alive”, I would believe them, but if a machine would print that out in the console, ofc I won’t believe it
one can also say that, any task a machine is able to do, was just a routine set of rules, and hence is not intelligent.. so maybe by definition, machines won’t be intelligent
and even if I gave you a definition of intelligence, would you be satisfied with it?

how I feel about them is – they are intelligent, they can do all sorts of learning, creativity, originally. although they don’t generalize well, there is a degree of intelligence. but I don’t see them conscious
